If your idea of the great outdoors is maybe less lugging a backpack up hill and down Dale and more sipping a glass of fizz while looking over a gorgeous view, take a trip into the village of Grassington - traditional stone houses, cobbled streets and a bustling market square that hasn't changed much during the past 200 years. Home to shops offering local foods, speciality gifts and arts and crafts and friendly cafés, restaurants and cosy hotels, all set against a backdrop of rolling hills.
